Our Philosophy
American Environmental Construction has held the same business philosophy since the beginning and it has proved successful.  We are not going to be the largest specialty contractor in the area, but we will be of the highest quality in our industry.

As in most fields, this is accomplished with the people performing the work.  Starting with your first contact with our office and estimating group, to our professional supervision and field crews performing the work, and finishing with our office staff providing the submittals and close-out documentation, our goal is excellence.

How many times have you been in the middle of a project when asbestos is found on your jobsite?  You need a quick estimate and even quicker performance of the work to keep your project on schedule, and to avoid problems with your Client as well as the other subs on the site.

American Environmental Construction's estimating staff prides itself on turning around our proposals within 24 hours of your call.

Our on-site performance is controlled by the permitting process; however, we are usually able to perform the work on the first possible date that the permit will allow.

Being Discreet:
Property managers and owners appreciate our quality of work and the professionalism of our Supervisors and field workers.  Our experience working unnoticed in a public environment eliminates many of the public relations problems that can occur when performing remediation and/or demolition projects.

The words: asbestos, lead, and mold usually receive a negative response from the Owner's tenants and the general public.  American Environmental Construction understands that perception and works discreetly within your facility or on your job site.  We can design our work areas to be screened from the public or we can perform the work during non-business hours and complete it before your business begins the next morning.  We can, and have in the past, provided cost effective solutions for these problems.

We Do Demolition:
The value of combining our abatement and demolition skills together under one contract can eliminate conflicts between these trades if hired separately. This effectively reduces your project management resources spent on getting bids for all of the disciplines by making one call instead of two or three.
