American Environmental Construction, LLC is licensed in the state of Washington as both a General Contractor and an Abatement Contractor certified to remove asbestos, lead-based paint, mold and other hazardous materials. Not only are we certified, we carry the necessary general contracting and abatement liability insurances to provide our customers with protection and peace of mind while we perform our abatement activities in your environment.

We perform work in the Pacific Northwest, from approximately Kelso north to the Canadian border; and from the Olympic Peninsula to the Washington / Idaho border. We consider our work-force as one of our most important assets, investing in them and training them to use our proven, successful work methods. When we speak of our work-force "temporary" or "casual" are not words in our vocabulary.

We work closely with the local Air Control agencies and EPA offices in our customer’s area, or with the Dept. of Labor & Industries in the Puget Sound area; strictly following their rules and regulations regarding Notifications and the performance of abatement activities.
