Our company was founded in 2001 by 4 highly experienced and successful asbestos field Supervisors and 1 experienced Sales/Administration person who found themselves unemployed when the asbestos abatement company they were working for closed its doors.

Since then American Environmental Construction, LLC has successfully completed over 1,500 professional quality asbestos, lead, mold, and PCB abatement projects for homeowners, general contractors, and managers of commercial, industrial, and governments facilities.  We also provide demolition services associated with the above work.  Our projects range in size from our minimum charge of $350 to over $300,000.

American Environmental Construction, LLC is licensed and certified as a General Contractor and as an Abatement Contractor in the state of Washington to remove asbestos and other hazardous materials.  We are also adequately insured (liability insurance) to provide protection and peace of mind for our clients.

Field Personnel:  Our field personnel are all experienced Washington State Certified Asbestos Workers and Supervisors.  They are led by the 4 founders of American Environmental Construction, LLC who are themselves Certified Asbestos Supervisors that provide the knowledgeable, on-site, hands-on direction that is so crucial to the successful completion of any project.  As Owners, they are highly motivated and have the necessary skills to ensure that every project is completed on budget, on time, and to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
